ttc with Cervical incompetent and polycystic ovarian syndrome

Does anyone else on here have Cervical incompetents? If so how many children have you had? I have my first son that was born at 29 weeks and then got pregnant right away and I lost that son at 20 weeks and that is when they diagnosed me with the cervical incompetence then when my ex and I finely decided to have another child it took only two months to get pregnant with my daughter and had the cerclage put in at 10 weeks I had a c section because my cervix grew over the cerclage so they asked me if we where going to have anymore children and we said yes so they left the cerclage in and now 8 years later I'm with my new husband and we are ttc for 6 months and nothing so any help about any of this wouldn't be great oh and I have polycystic ovarian syndrome
