Has anyone ever got a feint positive at 6dpo?

My Doctor said some ladies (not most) can implant @ 3dpo. I know I implanted early with my first as I found out more than a week before AF was due. I'm not feeling right.. But woozy and also my stomach is distended a tad bit like it was this last cycle with my chemical. I have some cheapy tests that have a high sensitivity.. But I'm thinking of testing with some FRER. I know I sound crazy.  Lol.
