Can you dye hair during first trimester?

I went to cosmetology school, even have my licenses and I’ve been told it’s safe in a well vented area. I know hairstylist who pretty much work their whole 9 months of pregnancy.

People will have conflicting thoughts on this topic, and although I am not a doctor, I don’t much of anything is bad in moderation. 
For instance, I had a friend who literally dyed her hair every month or two (during pregnancy as well) and I think that’s over board, but maybe just a few times, if it’s necessary (as in dying roots and what not) then go for it!

Yes, it’s fine. The chemicals they use are quite safe and there is a minimal amount absorbed into the scalp, and only a tiny proportion would go through to placenta if any.
