Today is World Hijab Day and I am seeing a lot of fighting for and against the hijab. Some people are certain that it's a tool of oppression, others are proud of their choice to wear their hijab. Some countries want to ban the hijab and in some countries women get prosecution for not wearing their hijab. If you type #WorldHijabDay into twitter you see this

I am all for choices and religious freedom. If you choose to wear a hijab, I support your choice. If you choose not to, I support your choice. I am a Christian so the hijab is not part of my faith, and I can't/won't tell another woman how to feel about something pertaining to their faith/culture.
