Brown Blood CM

I have had two miscarriages before and I am currently 6w+4d. I am pretty scared throughout this pregnancy. I have an oblong gestational sac and today, I wiped and saw a glob of sticky CM with brown blood. I haven't had sex since finding out I am pregnant and I haven't had any pelvic exams for the last week. I have had major cramping, all over my pelvic area. Should I be concerned? Is this enough to warrant an ER visit? I won't be able to see my ob for another 2 1/2 weeks and my primary doesn't help.
