Back ache!!

According to the app I’m roughly 7 weeks. I’m probably one of the few who hasn’t called the dr. Just nervous I’m waiting till I’m 8 weeks then I’ll call! But anyways I’ve been having really bad back pains it’s awful I can’t even stand correctly without pain! I’m wondering if it’s just cuz I’m pregnant or what ?? Maybe I pulled something and I’m finally feeling so tired and nauseous. I thought I had skipped out on the symptoms this time around 😭
