Boobs are extremely sore 😫

Ok AF start January 3rd husband and I BD on the 14th and 15th ONLY! I got a vvvfl on the 23rd which would’ve only made 2 weeks and 6 days ( crazy right) then I got BFP the next day on the 24th which was exactly 3 weeks ( I was already experiencing some symptoms at that point) well now I am 4weeks and 1 day TODAY and my boobs hurt like crazyyyyyyy to the point I’ve cried today and I now have a heating pad laying on top of my boobs... this is actually my 6th pregnancy YES we have 5 children at home😊 can anyone help why is this happening so soon or better yet why does it hurt so freaking bad😭
