Just a little confused...

I had unprotected sex with my partner every day from the 24th December until the 1st jan and then on the 3rd ,6th and 14th of jan and then started my period on the 18th -22nd which wasn’t as heavy or painful as my normal periods which are normally really heavy and painful with sciatica pains too... well 5 days later I started spotting.. it was really light pink only when I wiped for the first day (didn’t last all day) and the 2nd it was light pink and then a tiny bit of very dark drown (again not all day) the 3rd day I had no spotting all day up until half 8 at night I had really bad cramps and had to run the toilet and when I wiped I had the light pink spotting again.. it lasted about 4 days all together... I’ve had a few cramps, realllllyyyy gassy and have been sooo hungry.. just a little confused as to what this could be to be honest. Oh and my next period isn’t due until the 15th Feb.. took tests all they all say BFN!
