possible miscarriage but not sure

Okay, I AM pregnant. BUT, it's labeled as a possible miscarriage until she figures out what is going on Tuesday. I need prayers! The big sac isn't supposed to be there, it's either blood or some type of fluid but she wants me to take things easy. She doesn't see a baby in the tiny circle yet but hopefully I'm just early and too small to see. has anyone had this? happen
