Unimpressed with OB office

Is anyone else super frustrated and unimpressed with their OB office?!

We’ve been seen over an hour later than our scheduled appointment time on multiple occasions, office staff have been rude when I’ve called, and they are very lazy about getting lab results back to you. Twice when I’ve called they’ve told me they will call me back in 5 minutes and then never called.

When we were deciding to go there we were told one of the 4 midwives at the practice would be delivering our baby and we would cycle through them all to get comfortable with them. Then we find out that they share on call duty with another practice and there are 3 other midwives who may deliver our baby that we’ve never met!

After hours you call the same number and leave a message and the on call doctor is supposed to call you back... doesn’t seem very comforting for when I go into labour based on my previous call back situations!

Regretting our choice of Ob office but stuck now at 36 weeks 😒
