Single dad needing help?

I just need opinions and help ladies, I have a friend who is a single dad and he’s going to his first daddy daughter dance and this is her dress and he doesn’t know what to wear to kind of complement her dress. I’m not the most fashionable, so do you guys have any opinions or suggestions? Maybe khakis and dress shoes and idk what kind of dress shirt to look nice? He’s a black man so that’s his skin tone if it helps at all. He just needs some insight! I’m unable to go with him, so I turned to glow. Thank you guys!
