Help so much pain!!

Okay ladies I need your help! So yesterday I started having this sharp pain on my breast to the point I couldn’t even tap it...I haven’t breast fed and my other breast is fine but today I noticed my breast was swollen red and hot and it’s so painful! Idk what to do my mom put hot packs on my breast but i feel like my breast is full with milk and I can’t get it out idk what else to do someone help any advice pls!! It’s more a little bit more red you just can’t see t on the picture....
