Anyone else hate going to bed?

That feeling when you’re exhausted but you’re terrified of falling asleep because you know your three month old is going to wake you at any second and thus begins your night of hell.

Haha...my guy just passed 6 months and sleeps much better, but I remember the days when I would stay up until 2am just so I could get his 12am and 2am feeding/diapering done so I didn't need to wake up an extra instance each night.
I still needed to wake up at 4am and 6am but it somehow made more sense to stay up and wake up twice than sleep at midnight and wake up three times. 🙇🏽‍♀️

Ugh. I hate that I can’t count on anything. Like some nights we get a 4h stretch with 1.5-2hours wakings after. And some night he straight up wakes me every hour or sleeps super noisy with grunts, snoring, farts, legs up, sucking pacifier loudly, etc... what is the point of trying to sleep anymore? And the pediatrician says it’s a phase, it’ll get better. When????

Yes! Just yesterday my husband knew how tired I was and asked me if I was looking forward to going to bed. My answer-NO! I have come to dread nighttime 😫

This is why I have insomnia and anxiety at bedtime... sometimes she wakes up 3am, sometimes she sleeps till 6-7am. I also love catching up on me time and chores when she goes to bed. Bad idea, next thing you know it’s 3am and she’s up. 🤦‍♀️
