They're not accurate/right at all. Only way to tell the sex of an unborn baby is through a blood test or ultrasound and even then there is a chance of that being wrong as well. All this calendars, Ramzi theories, symptoms, etc. are all just old wives' tales and are just for fun.

I’ve seen 3 different Chinese calendars so I don’t know which one is right. Anyway.... two of them were right for me with my first being a boy and this second one is also a boy but all three say I’m supposed to have a girl. Hahaha so ya. But it is fun to think about and look at !
