I am 27 (28 in May) and my husband is 33. We have been married for 7 years and he still will not even have a conversation about having kids. We discussed it while dating and agreed that we both want kids. Fast forward to now and he will not have an adult conversation about it. Anytime I bring it up he says we will talk about it later or in a year or some other time frame, but whenever that time comes he shuts me down again. He will still say he wants a baby but sometime in the future (which never seems to come). I don’t want to resent him for not letting me have this but I can’t help but see that happening if he won’t even talk to me about it. Every time a friend announces a pregnancy I start crying because I don’t even have a chance to try.
