Is this car seat appropriate for a almost 2 year old ? Her sister ( 9weeks old ) uses her old infant car seat and I need to buy a new one for her , she’s almost 30lbs and is pretty tall ( runs in the family ) so should I buy this one or is there another type for a 2 year old ..
