When I was 16 I got an infection in my uterus it caused severe damage from going untreated for 4 months. my only symptom of the infection was a small pain in my right and left side during ovulation (people told me that was normal so I didn’t think anything of it). The 5th month I didn’t get my period instead it was dark thick discharge that smelled terrible. I went to my gynecologist immediately that day. My gynecologist put me on antibiotics mediately (The infection was never diagnosed so to this day we don’t know what caused it) my uterus has scar tissue all around it and my fallopian tube‘s are also damaged. I’ve been to several different specialists and they have all told me that my uterus will not be able to carry a child. I’ve excepted the fact that I can’t have children and I’m ok with that.

I’m married and 23 now and I just had my first miscarriage (was about 4 weeks along) was kinda thinking maybe they were all wrong and tried not to get my hopes up but nope.( I thought because I got pregnant that maybe I could carry it as well)

I would hope that it was a girl with my blue eyes and her dads red hair and smile. She would have been so beautiful.
