Tips for annoying belly that doesn’t work with me during the workout? 😁🤷🏼‍♀️

I workout almost every day during the midweek. I do Crossfit, run, use weighs, I swim, I’m starting salsa (again) next month... I just like to exercise.

So.. since this week my body literally laughs at me! Squatting? Hell no my belly gets hard and painful. Running? No, my sweet baby is kicking that bladder out. I literally jogged yesterday at the pace of a grandma with a walker (not kidding). My burpee substitute was just stepping down in a push up position and step up again and I felt like I just ran a marathon.

I know I need to slow down and I really do, but it’s like I literally can’t do anything anymore I’m so frustrated.. I’m 28 weeks so too many weeks to go. Does someone knows how to be able to exercise without their body just shutting down? 🤪
