help please ladies opinions please

copied and pasted from a fb group I'm inA bit of a financial question... some might remember me saying about how we were getting a house very much needed well we got it! However.. it's cheaper for me to stay at home during the summer because it would be 2 kids full time daycare til my daughter goes full time this next fall to kindergarten.. I will only have 120 hours of leave by the time I leave on maternity for 14 weeks although I can borrow up to 240 advanced leave but it will take me over 2 years to pay back.. I do have a retirement fund I can do a hardship withdrawl from so I don't have to borrow as much time because honestly my husband can't do the finances by himself with the new house I could go back at 10 weeks and have a full check with all my time borrowed without the withdrawl bit honestly this is the last time I will have a chance to get an extended amount of time off with my kids so if I can make this work to stay off the whole summer than I'm willing to do whatever which would mean doing the hardship withdrawl from my retirement.. I'm literally talking 2400.00 because if I stretch all my time I can get like 28 hrs a week but that is still going to stretch it with figuring out everything for the new home I am technically salary so once I return to work I will not receive less that 40 hours ever plus my husband's truck payment 374.00 and 1 credit card will be 100% paid by the time I go back to work .. what wpuld you ladies do?
