Mine did a little after 2-3 hrs  i gave him tylenol and it went away now hes normal and fine should i keep giving him tylenol????? Or stop

If he isn't in pain or has a fever he doesn't need it.

I wouldn’t continue to give it to your little one unless the fever is still present! :) I had to use Tylenol for my little guy cause he was pretty uncomfortable. But only for the first day he took 2 doses. The following day he was fine! :)
