I'm 18 weeks now and only have had a couple weeks where I felt semi normal. They say after the first trimester you get your energy back, I am just not one of the lucky ones 😁

I've been sleeping 11 hours a day and drinking my 200mg limit of caffeine. The prenatals help, but I'm only 4 weeks and last month I was going to the gym 6 times a week! slightly different now :)

I’m 11 weeks, I sleep from 8pm to 6:30am everyday plus try and nap during the afternoon to make it to 8pm....for some...it doesn’t leave 😭
