Breastfeeding gassy food?

Ladies who are breastfeeding, did you find out that some food you eat makes your little one more gassy? Sometimes Eli at night would pull up his legs and cry in his sleep, like he is trying to fart but can’t, and it will go on all night like this until he gets relief when he poops early in the morning. And sometimes he farts normal during the night, so makes me wonder is it some food I eat that makes it especially difficult for him or he just struggles to fart sometimes? 🤷‍♀️
