Pregnancy eczema?

The entire month of January I’ve been dealing with what my doctor says is eczema behind me ear. Skin keeps crusting and cracking, healing, and cracking again. For a week it even got infected from all the cracked skin. He prescribed me an antibiotic and cortisone cream which he and told me repeatedly was safe in pregnancy, but it just stresses me out having to use it! Obviously I want to avoid it getting infected again, but what the hell? Anyone else dealing with weird skin stuff?

I have eczema regularly and it goes back and forth during pregnancy (gets good and then gets REALLY BAD). I have to use a cortisteroid when it gets bad. I didn’t AT ALL during my first trimester (even though they said I could)- and my whole face and neck looked so bad. I’ve only used it like 6 days since then just to get things under control. Now I’m dealing with BAD eczema on my scalp, like dry skin but SO BAD and ITCHY! Never had this before. So many open scabs 😩. Trying to use natural remedies first (apple cider vinegar), gives some relief but not too much help. My derm said I can use OTC shampoos and see if it works before she has to give me something hard core. So you’re NOT alone. And you do NOT want it to get infected, so just try to treat it like your doc says.

I have psoriasis inside my nose and mouth and it’s been worse since pregnancy. I wonder if I’m low on vitamin d 😐 but my blood work is okay

My skin breaks out, goes through dry spells, goes through oily spells. All of it! I try to use gentler skin care products and a whole lot of coconut oil while pregnant!
