? about Belly Piercing

Hi, I have a question for you pregnant ladies with a belly button piercing. I’ve had my piercing on for the past 4 years. I’m about 3 months pregnant and I’m debating whether to take the piercing out or not. Will the hole close up if I take it out? I’d like to hear your experiences. TIA

I’m 8 months pregnant and have been using the plastic ones specifically for pregnancy... I’ve had zero issue with it so far.

I took mine out at around 12 weeks, but it closed up so quick! Like within a week! I had mine for a year. You can get long plastic maternity ones if you wanna keep one in x

I had mine done for about that long and took it out at 3 months. I left it out for a year and was able to put it back in just fine. as long as it isn't fresh you should be fine.

I’ve heard they have longer plastic rings specifically to pregnancy wear but I haven’t done further research on it. Could be worth looking if your worried about it closing up although if it’s been 4 years it should be fine.

I had mine for 9 years. I’m 22 weeks pregnant with my second. And I just took it out like a week ago and it closed up already. It’s not closed all the way, so I can reopen it if I want. I had to do it with my first too

Had mine for about 4 years before I got pregnant. Took it out and it closed up really quickly. They have maternity ones if you don’t want it to close up. I didn’t care about mine anymore so I didn’t go for those but I HEAR they’re pretty comfy
