This is the only picture I have of the outside until later today when my boyfriend and I go look at it. It's about 40 minutes away from our home town so it'll be a nice little change for us. The downside is I was told washer and dryer hookups would be too difficult for plumbers to put in but they are going to still try for me. There are laundry matts around that I could go to in the meantime. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bath.

The reason I ask is because we are moving out of a tiny apartment so I'm not too sure what to look for when it comes to an entire house! Any advice would be appreciated as well!!
