I've reset glow three times !

I have reset glow 3 times now , here today will make 4 ! I keep missing when my period is supposed to start , my last people started April 24th and ended May 1st , why is my period not coming & continuos BFN. I'm taking prenatals , I'm using preseed , & opk's .. What is wrong with me 😭😩
