Gender prediction at 12w ultrasound

Hi Ladies, yesterday I went in for my 12 week antimony scan to make sure the baby has everything it needs and the ultrasound technician said she did not see anything between the legs so she believes it's a girl. I'm curious how reliable this prediction is?? At 12 weeks with my first son they told me a boy and he was a boy. Were they right for you? I was 12w2d when I got my scan yesterday. Thanks!
