Called my doctor and waiting

Since Sunday my right ovary has hurt. I was to start my period Monday, yet I haven't, only had a few spots Sunday morning. I took a pregnancy test and came back negative. I had a pap test done 2 weeks ago and haven't got back the results. So now I am waiting for the doctor to call back with thise results (thry are trying to find out why they don't have them back yet), and find out what might be up with me. I have had normal periods since Februrary- 28 days apart, 4 days. I am just thinking worse case, esp. since the nurse said it does not sound normal.
