That dress is super pretty! Maybe try nude tights instead of the navy ones, they make some that are thick and soft in case you were waring them for warmth. The hair looks great and easy if thats your natural texture (nice to not have to worry about curls falling) you could do blue nails or find some cute blue tiped press ons. Do what you like best and HAVE FUN!
