Is this the start of something

I'm only 8dpo so I know it's probably too early but this is my first round of clomid and I've been feeling sick, cramps and my breasts feel bigger. Been ttc #1 for 18 months now. Worried it's another month of disappointment. 
Thought I saw something on this test I took. What do you think?
