A question for the gestational diabetic m&ms

Can you discribe how you feel during the day... Do you feel like your sugar is always dropping? I was tested at 10 weeks and I passed and will be tested again in two weeks. My baby is meassuring larger but also the development is ahead. But lately I've felt tired all the time and i just feel blah. I have had three dizzy spells and whatnot that normally happens when my sugar tanks. I'm wondering if theses are warning signs. If they are I would perfer to start slow changing my diet a little to a diabetic diet before they test me lol
