Would you have a baby shower for baby #3?

I'm pregnant with our third child, my youngest is 6. Do you think it's crazy to do a baby shower? (Or a sprinkle). We got rid of all our baby stuff a few years ago so it's like I'm starting from scratch. Part of me thinks it'd be weird, part of my thinks it'd be kind of fun.

Uhh Yes I am!!! LOL. There is nothing wrong with that...I'd have one for my 6th child!!! LOL. But this is my 3rd, so better believe it

I don't think it's fair to keep forcing people to buy you gifts.showers are only for the first baby.

I've been told the appropriate thing to do is have a sprinkle if you are having the opposite gender as your first.

I'm having my this. My girls are 4 and 3. But we've moved so much that we didn't hold on to much baby stuff, so I feel you. I'm hoping to have a sprinkle, mostly for clothes because we will likely be moving again soon after baby is born, so I don't want big stuff.

I'm going to have a party, and I will let people know I have an amazon wish list or to bring diapers or a book. Then you make sure they know you want to celebrate with the special people in your life more than you need gifts. You can even open the gifts later if you are worried about upsetting anyone

I'm having a diaper shower for our second. I don't think you should invite your friends to buy you gifts for every child you have. Just my opinion though.

And another thing I don't throw myself showers or sprinkles either my friends do it or my family do it without me knowing.... That is why I said I will definitely be in one or attend one... Even if I say I don't want one they're going to do what they're going to do regardless so why not accept their help and generosity

I gave my friend another shower for her second.  Apparently it's called a sprinkle.  Sooo we sprinkled her with diapers onesies wipes toys etc
