how do i know I have one ? Trying to get my health up there but so hard to find the energy to get up and take a shower but fortunately my mental health is getting better so I'm taking better care of my body 😁😁anyway any comments?

you'll know because you would itch down there and if you keep scratching it'll get worse and burn like crazy

Super thick discharge, it’s gonna look like cottage cheese. You might be sore down there or itch, I get one or the other normally, but sometimes both. If you’ve been on antibiotics recently that can increase your chances of a yeast infection. 
I’d definitely recommend going to your doctor or an urgent care if you can and not treat it at home. They are absolutely miserable and they take so long to heal if you’re not taking the right medication for them. 
A good way to prevent them is to take probiotics, or eat them! I like to have Greek yogurt for breakfast with berries and granola, but lots of foods are good for your vagina. A quick google will give you a bunch of foods that will help you keep you healthy down there :) I hope you feel better!!
