No family support

I am scared to have a baby without any family support. My husband and I live far away from both of our families and I don’t have a great relationship with my mother. We live in a great city, we have great jobs and we love and support each other. But I’m worried this won’t be enough when I finally do get pregnant. Is this totally irrational?
