Help me please

I am currently 12 days past ovulation. I have been having some main symptoms like fatigue, nausea, heartburn, gas, cramping....but her in the past few days I have been feeling "wet" down there every so often, like I need to go wipe. Also my cm has become creamy thick white, with some snotty like texture around, no odor at all...also have been peeing more frequently. Is this a good sign of pregnancy?
