How do you know that baby is still growing?

I'm 8 weeks now . Last week I went to a doctor and we saw a heart beat. My next appointment is at July 16. I don't really have symptoms. How do I know that baby is still developing and everything is ok?

You can measure your uterus yourself! You can feel it if you press on your bladder area, it's a hard round thing! It should measure in centimeters how many weeks you are from your pelvic bone. Example: if you're 14 weeks take a measuring tape, start at your pelvic bone and measure up to the top of your uterus and it should measure 14cm.. I hope that makes sense!!

I'm glad my dr don't make wait too much first appt I was 7 weeks second appt was Monday June 1 at my 11 weeks and I'm coming back June 29 .. But I also get worry since we don't know what's going on inside

I feel the same way! It's been 5 weeks since my last appt and I'm so glad my next appt is only a few days away. I'm so ready to see our baby and make sure everything is still ok.
