I haven’t had my period for a few months. I’ve been cramping for the past few weeks. When I wiped earlier, there was very light pink/brown on the toilet paper. Just went to the bathroom again, and when I wiped, there’s a ton of EWCM and brownish/pinkish discharge (blood?) I have an apt for the 15th of this month. What could this be? Period returning, implantation bleeding, Update: had a tampon in for about 5 hours. Looks like this. This is not how a period usually is for me. I ALWAYS have a very heavy flow.
