Bullied at hospital?

Emily • Expecting miracle rainbow baby girl 4/13/18 after 2 ectopics (October 2016 & May 2017). Mommy to a beautiful 7 year old boy.

I am planning on not vaccinating my baby at all. Have a fully vaccinated 7 yr old BUT had no idea about the dangers of vaccines when he was a baby and so naive at 22 years old and regret it. Now I have gained more knowledge than I ever imagined on vaccines and still learning new information everyday. SO and I are very passionate and adamant on our decision to make sure our baby girl never receives a devastatingly dangerous vaccine.

However I am nervous about possibly being “bullied” by nurses, doctors or hospital staff when our baby is born when we say we are declining any shots. We are considering the oral vitamin k option.

I am passionate about our decision but I also do not like confrontation or negativity and am a little stressed I might be “Mom shamed” when I give birth and refuse shots.

Anyone care to share their hospital experience or have any advice, suggestions or experiences of being shamed for not vaccinating? Would love to hear!
