I'm nearly 19 wks and got sciatica, any1 no anythin I can do 4 the pain?

Cold - Epsom salt baths - yoga poses like child's pose

I tried stretches and it didn't seem to help neither did using a heating pad. What worked for me was using an ice pack! Give that a try!

I just did a quick google search for sciatica stretches while pregnant and got a bunch of suggestions on stretches you can do to help relieve the pain!
