Abnormal Period

I've always had an irregular period but at 16 I decided to get Nexplanon in order to regulate my period. About a year ago I removed the Nexplanon and started getting my period again even though it was very light and would only last 3 days. But it has now been 202 days and I haven't had my period I know I am not pregnant but was wondering if anyone else has experience this and how they dealt with it?
