Self conscious about weight.

I have always been very self conscious about my weight. I will be 17 this month and am about 5’ 4” -5’5” and weight about 183 pounds. I have been wanting to loose weight because I know that 183 is not an ideal weight for my height and age. Before the holidays I started eating healthier and lost around 7 pounds, but throughout the holidays I stopped eating healthy and gained several pounds back ( I am not exactly sure how much). I have been trying to get back into eating healthier and starting to work out but I am having a very hard time. Does anyone have any tips? I would really like to loose some weight so I can be more confident in myself and learn to love my body, because as of right now I am always self conscious and feel like people are judging my weight constantly.
