TMI. Need some help please!!

So then I started spotting about a week later

Went away for a day then I got this

So then the next day this

My period was due the first. I havent started yet but the times I was bleeding I was very nauseated and my nipples hurt bad! Today I look a test and it was negative

Is it still to early to test it was my period early. What the fuck!? Help please :)
