I had a missed miscarriage at 7 weeks 5 days and now I’m actually going through the miscarriage I already have a 4 year old and we told him that we having a baby. He is now saying we going to have a baby. Mummy do you still have the baby in your stomach. How do I tell him there is no baby know more. Any advice will be appreciated
