Putting on makeup before partner wakes up?

Hi guys, 
I watched What’s your Number recently and the main character did something that got me thinking. After sleeping with someone and waking up in the same bed as then, does anyone do their makeup and brush their teeth before the other person wakes up?

Nope. I was comfortable with my husband from day one. I would wake up looking like hell. Now once I showered I would do full makeup but after him complaining it took me to long I just stopped wearing makeup altogether. Hell even I got sick of how long it took.

No. I don’t- he should know what I look like by now. Women shouldn’t have to be perfect all the time. 
But I watched a show called the MarvelousMrs Maisel on amazon prime, and it’s set in the 50’s and the beginning of the show she goes to great lengths to take off her makeup after her husband is asleep and wake up before him to fix her hair and do her makeup before he wakes up and makes it look like she wakes up perfect everyday.

I used to do that when my fiancée and I first started dating. I waited a while to sleep with him but once things got serious he wanted me to stay the night often and I wanted to look as good as I could for him so I would up and sneak to the bathroom, put on some makeup so I look decent and brush my teeth quickly and get back in bed. Lol

I never saw a point. When my now husband had only been dating a few weeks, we stayed up all night talking and I looked like straight up hell. Dark circles, messy hair, smeared mascara. He's always loved the way I look naturally. unless this is a person you see absolutely no future with, they are going to eventually see your natural face.
