Please Help

I'm 17 years old and I I had a check up with the doctor and she prescribed me medicine for a yeast infection. the medication said I'm supposed to place one application of the ointment inside my vagina but theres a bit of a problem. the night before, my mom gave me a cream for itchiness called lamisil and so the cream my doctor gave me and the one my mom gave me were in front of me and I accidently put an applicator of lamisil in my vagina and I didn't realize it was the wrong cream until the next day. PLEASE HELP! Im supper scared. I don't know if I should still use the cream my doctor gave me or if I should take any further procedures. PLEASE HELP!
