Where to put baby?

My youngest is just over 3 months and has gotten very clingy recently and always wants to be held (don’t get me wrong I love cuddles and holding him but I have other stuff to do too) he won’t sit in a bouncer for more than 5 Minutes. Any recommendations on how to get him to sit by himself for longer than 5 Minutes? I feel like the only time I have to cook and clean is when he’s napping. I also have an almost 1 and 1/2 year old too to keep busy and take care of and that’s sorta hard sometimes with a baby in your arms
