Need Encoragement Today


I've been doing so well on my diet and exercise plan but today I don't know if it's because I'm sick or tired but I want to eat food I shouldn't... I feel like I want to cry and I can't do it... I hardly lost any weight last week and I'm feeling really discouraged...I'm hoping this is just a moment or day of weakness but I just can't get back into a positive mindset :(
