Pregnant and need a divorce, please help.

My husband and I have been separated for a good 5 months already. He moved out of state after lying to me saying we would do everything in our power to have a great family. He moved to be with some other girl in Nebraska, and now he's in Kentucky. He claims he'll be here in march for the delivery of our son. I doubt he'll be here, I know him all too well. He won't sign the birth certificate so child support is going to be a pain in the ass to try and get. I want a divorce NOW but Colorado law states that the child has to be born before filing for anything.

I haven't spoken to an attorney (I do not have enough money for fines) I just want him out of my life, he neglected our child from the beginning and not once throughout the pregnancy has he offered any kind of help.
