so my dr. told me to take prenatal to help get pregnant and to take folic acid 400mg. and my husband to take zinc to increase sperm count .and she said to take cough syrup Robitussin before u ovulate will make u more fertile it helps thins the mucus in the same way in thins mucus in your lungs makes it easier for sperm to swin .Robitussin dry cough. and place a pillow under your hips and keep your legs raised for 20 mins. have sex every other day during fertile window. hope this will help me and my husband are doing this.this is are month.
