So I need help! Please!

I’m enrolling my my son in to a daycare where I will be working at also. Only problem is he is about to turn 16 months and he still drinks out of his bottle, uses a pacifier, and isn’t trying to speak... I really don’t believe in taking his bottle away and giving him a soppy cup when it comes to his milk... I understand other so that but I don’t want to. And the pacifier we ARE working on but I still give it to him for nap time... is it so wrong😭😭😭 he’s a very active baby boy even starting walking at 10 months but for some reason he won’t speak... no one at home baby talks him and we try to speak to him a lot and repeat words but he won’t do it. He says mama and papa and he used to say bye-bye and wave but now he won’t even wave or give high fives when he used to do it all the time before... what should I do? Are daycares harsh on that.. an I doing things wrong😭😭😭 please help
